Guarantee: As stated in on the home page, The keg tap locks carry a 125% guarantee. That means that we want you to be 125% satisfied with your product and will work with you to ensure that. Our locks are made out of very high quality materials and have been tested against failure; however, logically speaking anything can be broken upon serious tampering with. Our 125% guarantee means that if your keg tap lock breaks within the first month, send it to us and not only will we send you a new lock/key combo, we will also send you a check for $2.50. for the inconvenience…not big bucks, but it proves our dedication and confidence in our products.
Returns: Upon receiving your keg tap lock if for some very rare occasion it occurs and it doesn’t fit your keg and/or doesn’t meet your complete satisfaction you have five business days to contact us and send it back. Different reasons for return: If the reason for the return is not because of manufacturer defect and results in you simply not being happy with the overall quality, we will reimburse you the full price you paid for the keg tap lock as well as an extra $2.50 for the inconvenience. Once notifying us via e-mail, we will immediately (within 48 business hours) send you back an e-mail with instructions on how to return it. Please note that the lock must be in the same condition as you received it in order to get reimbursed. Please contact us if there are any questions regarding warranty and/or functionality. Please keep in mind that each lock is sent with two uniquely fitting keys. These keys are your responsibility to keep track of and we can not and will not send new keys..
Shipping Policies At keepatap.com, we commit to doing everything in our power to ship your orders within 48 business hours. Upon shipping we will send you an e-mail with the tracking info. Standard shipping in the US, typically will get to you within 10-14 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping is calculated at the time you add items to your cart. You are provided both UPS and USPS shipping options. Shipping is based on method, weight, and destination. We can ship only domestically at this point. Rush shipping is available.
